  2. Get a clear offer.

    We assess the task and send the exact scope, price and required AI tool, subscription and preparation steps. If it doesn't fit this service, we tell you before you pay.

  3. Pay and prepare.

    Accept by paying. Install the specified tool, sign in and complete the setup instructions before our call.

  4. Build it with us.

    In a guided session of around an hour, we put your AI to work and explain what's happening. You handle any necessary permissions and sign-ins.

  5. Run it again.

    We check the agreed result, repeat the workflow together and give you the instructions for future use.

What you'll need

A suitable computer, the desktop AI tool and subscription specified in your offer, approved files or examples, and time for the guided session. We confirm the setup before payment. You'll need it ready before the call.

The service covers one person, one computer and one agreed recurring task. We'll explain what runs automatically and where you'll still need to start, review or approve a step.

    Accept by paying and follow the setup instructions before our call. Bring any relevant copy, branding or examples you already have.

  4. Build it with us.

    In a guided session of around an hour, we use AI to build and refine the prototype. You'll see how changes are made and ask questions as we go.

  5. Keep building.

    We check the agreed journey, show you how to make a change and hand over the code, preview and continuation instructions. One revision round is included.

What you'll need

What this first version covers

A clickable front-end prototype with demonstration data. It is a starting point for showing and developing the idea.

Live accounts and logins, payments, databases, real integrations, production business logic, production security work and app-store release are outside this service. These can be scoped as further development if you want to continue.

Includes preparation, the guided build, one revision round, the agreed prototype, preview and code handover. Required software subscriptions and any hosting costs are separate. No retainer required.

Do I need to know how to code or use AI?

No prior coding experience is required. You'll need to follow the setup instructions and take part in the session. We assess your task, experience and tools before making an offer.

Why do I need my own AI subscription?

The work happens in your own tools so you can keep using and developing it afterwards. Your offer specifies what you need and what it costs before you pay for our service.

Can I use the AI tool I already have?

Tell us what you use in the assessment. We'll check whether it can handle the agreed work. If a different tool or subscription is required, we'll explain that before payment.

Does using a desktop AI mean my data stays on my computer?

Not necessarily. The selected service may process information in the cloud. We check the proposed setup and agree what it can access. Start the assessment with a description or redacted example rather than confidential files.

What if I want more afterwards?

We can quote for further work, training or ongoing support. You choose whether to continue. Your first purchase does not enrol you in a retainer.
